Clinical Medicine experience; Public Health experience at Primary care trust (Walsall tpct) involved in data mapping to estimate teenage pregnancy rates in Walsall, West Midlands and other  pct related activities; Behavioural epidemiology experience (project to measure child hood obesity in South Asian primary school children in Birmingham, UK); Genetic Epidemiology (twin studies in the East Flanders cohort data, Belgium);

Line management for 5 staff members (data clerks and Research in Medecine Assistants)

Teaching:Teaching both undergraduate medical students (epidemiology, basic statistics) and post graduate students (diploma and masters) in sexual and reproductive health topics

Research in Medecine: Quantitative and qualitative research in health care facility data; implementation and operational research; evaluation studies

Current Projects: MiH2 facility data from 8 African and 2 Asian countries; cross-sectional and cohort data to assess the impact of ebola virus on the uptake of maternal and newborn health services in Sierra Leone; scale up studies in the existing MiH2 and new countries; quantitative data after the EOC training in the skills labs from India.
