I obtained a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin (1998) an MSc in Medical Parasitology from University of Montpellier 2, France (2004) and a PhD in Medical Entomology from Montpellier 2 University (2008).  I then received an award from the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), and Training fellowship from Wellcome Trust to establish  an entomology laboratory at Institut Régional de Santé Publique/University of Abomey-Calavi at Ouidah in Benin. I am currently Senior Lecturer in Universty of Abomey-Calavi and Head of Health and Environment at IRSP. Since 2011, I am currently a Wellcome Trust Intermediate Fellowship in Public Health and Tropical Medicine grant holder. 

Teaching

I participate in the teaching of the Masters programmes in Applied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Applied Entomology at University of Abomey-Calavi.
