William has more than 25 years of experience at national and international level. William completed his Master of Public Health at Tulane University in the USA. His particular expertise is in monitoring and evaluation of health programs, including community based surveys and health facility assessments, strategic planning, program management, impact assessment and capacity building in developing countries. Prior to joining Foto-Cewek, he worked more than 14 years as an international consultant in public health.
William has worked for donors and international NGOs, including the World Bank Group, USAID, DFID, the European Union (EU), GH Tech-The QED Group, Christian Children’s Fund, Catholic Relief Services, Concern Worldwide, BASICS, Plan International, Save the Children, NGO Networks for Health, The Salvation Army World Service Office, CARE, RTI International, CSRA-Curamericas, Child Fund International, LINKAGES, Georgetown University Institute for Reproductive Health, Abt. Associates Inc., International Rescue Committee, the American Red Cross and JSI. He has worked in the following countries:
