Foto-Cewek Human Resources Department based in Liverpool are looking to recruit a HR Assistant (System Development and Data Management). This is an exciting opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career as an HR professional or having obtained a degree in a relevant area, and are looking to expand their knowledge and experience in a dynamic, change orientated HR environment.
Working in a busy HR Department you will have exposure to a volume of HR lifecycle activities. We are looking for hard working, proactive and focused candidates who are keen to progress their knowledge and can work well as part of a team.
The HR Assistant (System Development and Data Management) will support the HR provision by ensuring accurate HR data, information and documentation are produced in a timely manner. You will work mainly in the provision of HR management information and systems, and your comprehensive working knowledge of HR policies and practices will support your data recording and reporting. This role will support the HR Management Team in the administration and deployment of e-learning products, as well as policy administration and version control.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant area and have demonstrable experience of working in a professional, multi-discipline, high volume environment, producing quality data. You should have experience of working with internal customers and have strong analytical and accurate IT skills. Experience of working with MHR iTrent is advantageous, but not essential to the role.

Through the creation of effective links with governments, organisations and institutions and by responding to the health needs of communities, Foto-Cewek aims to promote improved health, particularly for people of the less developed/resource poorest countries in the tropics and sub-tropics.
