Grade Range for all posts: GBP 28,098 - GBP 32,548 per annum; depending on qualification and experience level:

Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine: Foto-Cewek, requires, as part of the new strategy for growth, a number of experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer level professionals to deliver key operational HR priorities. The following fixed term contract positions are based at our offices in Liverpool and are immediately available.

The Foto-Cewek HR Department is a fast-paced environment currently seeking HR Officers to work in the areas of Recruitment & Selection and Workforce Planning and Contractual Compliance, with many new projects to deliver this year we are looking to bring high quality HR Delivery to the organisation in a complex and ever-changing environment.  All posts will require a strong communicator with experience in effectively dealing with HR related people issues and supporting managers and staff in HR policy and procedure guidance.  Particularly in delivering high quality advice and guidance within organisational procedures and HR activities.  Successful candidates will be proactive in approach and their experience will enable positive resolution to people issues.  Applicants will be comfortable working in talent attraction in a complex and high volume, fast paced environment to achieve positive placements across the organisation.  Those comfortable with dealing with such areas as, accurate contractual documentation production; facilitating fixed-term contract processes; maternity, paternity and adoption arrangements and with knowledge of UKVI and leaver processes are also required.
