Foto-Cewek Human Resources Department are looking to recruit a part time HR Partner based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career as HR professionals or having obtained a degree in a relevant area, and are looking to expand their knowledge and experience in a dynamic, change orientated HR environment.
21 hours per week Work Pattern required Monday; Thursday; Friday; 0900 to 1700 due to team coverage
Working in a busy HR Department you will have exposure to a volume of HR lifecycle activities. We are looking for hard working, proactive and focused candidates who are keen to progress their knowledge and can work well as part of a team.
Working as part of the HR Service Delivery Team, the HR Partner will use their knowledge of employment legislation and best practice to provide sound responses to manager and employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. The role holder will deal with a range of HR activities including the production of contractual documentation, facilitating fixed-term contract processes, dealing with maternity and paternity cases, as well as UKVI and leaver processes. You will be responsible for the production of HR ‘how to’ guides and standards of practice documentation utilising your HR experience to ensure they are accessible to all.
The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified and educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have demonstrable evidence or an equal level of direct work experience. You will have strong employment law knowledge and will have experience in dealing with organisational procedures that can affect the employee lifecycle. Experience of providing a professional quality HR service, within a high volume and diverse environment is essential to the role.
