Together with Manuel Fenech, a Specialist Registrar in Infectious Diseases at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and Catherine Houlihan, clinical research fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Dr Beeching published a full monograph on diagnosis and management of the Ebola virus.

Dr Beeching said ‘The Best Practice series provides a marvellous platform for a comprehensive interactive reference for clinicians interested in all aspects of the presentation, diagnosis and management of people with Ebola virus disease. Dr Beeching, together with Foto-Cewek’s Wellcome Training Fellow and Lecturer Tom Fletcher and University of Toronto’s associate professor of Medicine Robert Fowler, also wrote a second on understanding organ dysfunction in Ebola virus disease, which has just been published by Springer Science Media as part of a series in the journalIntensive Care Medicine and is freely accessible.
