We have an exciting and varied position for an experienced Project Co-ordinator

The I2I Project Coordinator is an important and newly created position within a small team that will support both the Project Manager and Director with a range of strategic priorities and operational requirements. Duties will include arranging international travel for the team, organising conferences and workshops whilst completing routine administration duties to a high and consistent standard.

It is important that you have experience of updating project plans and monitoring the achievement of outputs. This experience will need to have been gained within a dynamic working environment that relies on commercially-backed ventures.

As you will be assisting the Project Manager in preparing regular expenditure forecast reports, you will need to demonstrate direct involvement of ensuring project details and financial information is accurate and processed appropriately. You will also need to be able to communicate using a variety of media including website updates and the co-ordination of a monthly newsletter. Advanced computer literacy skills are therefore essential to the role.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, reliable self-starter with excellent customer service skills and experience of working with a wide range of senior stakeholders within a multi-disciplinary office environment. We require a confident communicator with an enthusiastic approach to all tasks and the ability to work with limited supervision. It is therefore essential that you are comfortable setting up, improving and routinely carrying out standard office procedures within a commercial setting.
